I built my career in Operations within LVMH over 20 years - starting from industrial chemistry and quality, through QSE and product compliance leadership, to group-level transformation and technical direction across multi-country wine operations.

Client

WhistlePig / Venture Spirit — independent JEOPS engagement, not an LVMH mandate.

Challenge

Following a new distribution organisation, EMEA and APAC logistics infrastructure, distributor onboarding and market compliance oversight needed to be restructured to align with it.

Action

Selected and onboarded a 3PL, transferred stock out of the Moët Hennessy network, structured distributor onboarding and market labelling compliance across EMEA and APAC (Singapore hub).

Result

Independent EMEA/APAC logistics infrastructure live - go-live June & September 2026.
